Master alloy for 9, 10 and 14K yellow gold mechanical works. Gold produced with SY 142 R has an orange-yellow shade. This alloy contains grain refiners that helps to reduce the orange skin defect. The hardness of gold produced with SY 142 R can be slightly increased with proper heat treatment.
