Master alloy for 14 and 18K yellow gold mechanical works. Gold produced with SY 452 R has a light-yellow shade. The most notable feature of this alloy is its colour, very close to gold with 2N standard, but with a lower amount of silver. The hardness of gold produced with SY 452 R can be increased with proper heat treatment.
