Master alloy for white gold 14 and 18K. The formulation of WTB 255 C is suitable for with or without wax setting of stones. The most notable feature of this alloy is its good white grade. The colour obtained with WTB 255 C is premium white (rhodium plating is not necessary) in 14K and standard white (rhodium plating is suggested) in 18K. The hardness of gold produced with WTB 255 C can be increased with heat treatment. Warning: This alloy contains Nickel.
