Master alloy for silver, 800, 925 and 950 fineness. With its medium content of deoxidizers, SAG GE is a very versatile alloy for mechanical applications, the addition of germanium gives to silver alloyed with SAG GE additional resistance to tarnishing. The hardness of silver produced with SAG GE can be increased with heat treatment.
